SPRING 2012 CLASS SCHEDULE
The Spring 2012 session will begin on April 3 and go through June 15. (No class on Friday, May 25.)
11 weeks, $185 for 90 minute classes (Tuesday and Wednesday);
10 weeks, $145 for 60 minute class (Friday)

Class
Mixed level classes require previous yoga instruction or permission of instructor
Beginner class is for new students or students with less than one year of previous yoga instruction
Intermediate class is for students who have attended yoga class for at least two years. Yoga blocks, a yoga belt and blanket are required for this class. Home practice is highly recommended
About your teacher
Denise Moore, E-RYT 500, is a certified yoga instructor and certified yoga therapist. She is a Registered Yoga Alliance teacher of the highest certification E-RYT 500. She has taught for 20 years in Loudoun and Fauquier counties. Denise specializes in teaching people with arthritis, lyme disease, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. She recently completed training in the arthritis class offered at Johns Hopkins University Rheumatology Dept. Individual and private group classes are available; please call for further information.

Drop-ins (Space permitting, please call ahead)
Unregistered Students: $20 for 90 minute classes
Unregistered Students: $16 for 60-minute Friday class
Registered Students: $12 for any "second" class
Policies
Arrive on time.
Wear comfortable clothing such as tights, leotard or loose clothing
Remove shoes and socks
Bring yoga sticky mat and firm blanket to class
Bring two 4x6x9" blocks and a belt for intermediate classes
Do not eat for 2 hours prior to class
Inclement Weather: Call 1 hour prior to class for a recorded message
Missed classes
Missed classes are non-refundable but may be made up within the course series in any other class, as space permits. Please call ahead to reserve a space.
